Japan is one of the 6,800 islands in a trash pile in the ocean. its basically a great value china with less corona viruses. Japan is known as the place of the rising sun and has its own very unique way of life.
The food pyramid was assembled by the Ministry of Health, Forestry and Fisheries of japan. This pyramid is broken down into categories of food that are considered to be the most necessary and those that the body needs in moderation in a day. so it shows the numbers and amounts of each food you should be consuming daily. its an easy chart to follow for any kind of person, even the Japanese.
Chicken Yakisoba.
ingredients
-1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 TBS canola oil
- 1 TBS chili paste
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
-1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped cabbage
-2 chopped carrots
- 8 oz soba noodles cooked and drained.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. in a large skillet combine sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste.
2. stir fry 30 seconds
3. add garlic and stir fry an additional 30 seconds.
4. add chicken and half the soy sauce.
5. remove and set aside
6. in emptied plan add onion cabbage and carrots
7. stir fry for 2-3 minutes
8. stir in remaining soy sauce add cooked noodles
9. add chicken mix to blend
